Product Description: 

Precision Micro-Optics provides following series long wavelength extended (900~2200nm) InGaAs PIN photodiodes.

In response to the growing demand for low light sensing (e.g., LIDAR), Precision Micro-Optics offers thermoelectric-cooled InGaAs photodiodes based on a compact TO-46 package. With minimal cooling power consumption（＜0.3W）for low-temperature or temperature-controlled operation, these photodiodes exhibit better sensitivity and stability than conventional uncooled ones.

Customer design chip shape, size, and aperture are also available.
